"Great product that makes winter running enjoyable again."rottieguy
Ease of use
They sit on your shoe.
Quality of Construction
There made of rubber with 6 carbide studs.
Fit
Different sizes for different sized feet.
Comfort
You don't really notice them being there besides the clicking sound when running over snow and ice free pavement.
Durability
Seem to be holding up real well
Value
For $20 I wish I would've found these last year. With all the snow we've been getting the last couple of winters they keep me sane and off the dreadmill.
Performance
Work as advertised.
Strengths
These easy to slip on shoe covers for traction work great for runs through areas were you'll encounter snow, ice or pavement. I've done some good runs in these that would've been tough without any help and I find the yak tracks don't work well on ice and pavement, where with these you can just keep on cruising with no worries. The tungsten carbide tips appear to be holding up well under my beefy 200 pounds. I try to find spots to try and slip on and it just doesn't happen. I'll save my Yak Tracks and Kahtoola crampons for the nastier ice and snow and off road use, but for running around the hood these are great. They also sell replaceable spikes, thou it comes with a couple in the package. These are simple yet very effective for slick surfaces.
Weakness
None so far.
