The 305 is a little big, but it does make it easier to put 3 or 4 data screens in one.

Very accurate for both bike and run.
Strengths
Big enough to see but not to big. It has capability of HR and Cadence sensors. Very accurate and workouts can be uploaded to this site.
Weakness
Semi-bulky...If you want something as small as a watch go for the 405.
