Ease of use
I like the feel of these bars and they are much more comfortable than what I had.
Quality of Construction
These bars are well constructed.
Fit
I had no problems with the fit although certain types of tapered handlebars may be a problem.
Comfort
I can stay in the aero position a lot longer than I used to since switching over to these bars.
Adjustability
The main reason I replaced my original set of clip-on aerobars is because they were not adjustable. These bars are very adjustable. The only thing that is a pain is that you have to remove the arm pads in order to loosen the setscrew for adjusting the angle or position of the pads.
Durability
Everything is holding up well.
Value
I've seen these advertised a lot less expensive than what I paid for them, but mine included the installation and fitting.
Appearance
I like the looks of these bars. I added bar tape to the ends for a better look and feel.
Customer Service
Have not had to use their customer service.
Performance
I can stay aero longer and faster than before.
Strengths
Extremely adjustable and comfortable for me.
Weakness
You have to remove the arm pads in order to make adjustments.

Ease of installation
I paid more for these bars because I bought them and had them installed during a bike fitting. I watched the guy install them and they seemed straight forward.
