Ease of use
Everything is very easy to use once you figure out where the menu options for the difference settings you want to change.
Quality of Construction
Seems to be very durable. I don`t have as much use as most out of it yet, but i`m sure it will stand the test of time. I know many people with this unit and some have had it for years, with no problems.
Fit
Fits great, I also bought the bike mount kit which comes with a second velcro strap, and that fits me perfectly. The original strap was good as well, but I think I am between hole sizes right now...
Comfort
It is great for comfort, I sometimes forget I have it on.
Adjustability
Adjustability is very good as well, especially with the second strap.
Durability
Again, I haven`t had THAT much use out of it yet, but it seems very durable.
Value
Its a bit on the expensive side for someone who isn`t fairly hardcore, but its worth every penny for someone who loves keeping better track of your workouts and who loves goodies.
Appearance
Looks good, its a bit bulky, but not bad.
Customer Service
I haven`t had to call them for anything yet, but I have a few friends that have dealt with them and they seem to be A+

Does everythign I need it to do! Great item
Strengths
Battery life is great for what I am using it for. I love that I don`t have to map out my runs before or after goign out to figure out how far I went...Great to keep track of the heart rate as well.
Weakness
HAven`t found any yet, or then not being waterproof but thats not a big deal to me.
