"Love the idea of what it should do, but doesn't actually deliver. "silvercannonca
Ease of use
can't get it to pick up heart rate, or even find the setting for it. so why is there a heartrate strap with it? also, very slow picking up satelites. the only thing it's been measuring is average speed.
Quality of Construction
seems good, but haven't dropped it or been in the rain.
Fit
not the easier mount in terms of options on where to put on bike with requirements of needing to point the top to the sky.
Durability
see above. haven't dropped or been in the rain
Value
concept is great, but haven't gotten it to do even as much as a mitre.
Appearance
looks very nice
Customer Service
online manuals are easy to find, but reading on line just not the same as a manual in hand
Performance
see above
Strengths
Has a lot of great features, but pretty difficult to get it working.
Weakness
The satelite receiver is extremely slow. I have to wait to go outside for it to find any satelites, and then it takes at least five minutes for it to locate satelites. For reference, I live in Arlington, VA which is a major metro area, but no tall buildings to block out reception.

Ease of installation
There was no manual with the Garmin and all the quickstart guide showed was how to attach to my bike. that was the relatively easy part.
