Ease of use
Simple repairs are easily accomplished, anything more complex i leave up to the professionals in the bike shop.
Quality of Construction
Frame and fork are solid.
Fit
The 61cm fits me like a glove.
Comfort
Very comfortable in and out of the aerobars for hours at a time.
Durability
As the 2nd owner in 4 years the bike seems pretty durable.
Value
great bike for those of us who can't afford or don't want to risk having to replace a full carbon frame if something fluky happens to crack it.
Appearance
Cervelo bikes are beautiful in their simplicity. The aero shaped tubes make them look pretty sleek.
Customer Service
I haven't had to contact them yet.
Performance
The only thing that keeps this bike from going faster is my lack of fitness!
Strengths
Quality aluminum aero frame that is nicely rigid for good road feel. Carbon fork dampens vibrations nicely, which is especially nice while in the aerobars for an extended period of time.
Weakness
A little bit heavier than its carbon counterparts.
