Easy. Slide them on, slide them off.

Straps won't stay in the guides very well. They end up flapping against your head.

Performance

No leaks, that's what its all about. However, I do seem to swallow more water using these than the more traditional goggles. Maybe its just me.

Straps flap out of their stays often.
