Fit

Had it professionally fit at Conte's in Norfolk, VA. Good guys over there.

Appearance

Love the matte black but kinda wish the blue parts were red.

Customer Service

Josh at Conte's was great and Paul got me in and out with a custom fit in less than 15 minutes. I haven't had to deal with anyone from Specialized yet.

Performance

She's zippy!

Strengths

Rides smooth and is much more comfortable than I'd expect a road bike to be.

Weakness

Haven't had it long enough to find any.
