Strengths

Excellent design with women's geometry. This is the only bike I tried (out of many!) that fit appropriately for me, a small 5'4" woman. Weighs around 18 lbs (in the 51 cm). Has Shimano 105 components.

Weakness

It's a carbon frame, so with all that yummy absorption of vibrations you also lose a little rigidity. Well worth it in my view; my own performance is not at a level where that matters.
