Ease of use
Has multipul pages to scroll through. With the touch senstive bezel, very similiar to the iPod. You can scroll through and change settings very quickly.
Quality of Construction
Top notch.
Fit
The watch portion comes with three wrist bands. One pin and hole type and two velcro bands. One of which is made for larger wrist and one for smaller wrist.
Comfort
The chest band for the heart rate is very ridged with a very large inflexable section. Actually bruised my my chest on my first run, rubbing back and forth.

After reveiwing other products, I believe this product should be atleast $50 cheaper than what I paid.
Appearance
Comes in only one color; a light blue with gray triming.
Customer Service
Had several questions reguarding the online training program. Received a response back the same day that sent in an email requesting help.

Well beyond what I expected I would get.
Strengths
It is a heart rate monitor, GPS, watch, timer that automatically downloads your workout when you come within 3 meters of the computer.
Weakness
It needs to be charged once every 4 days if you workout on a daily basis.

Ease of installation
Need to download 3 seperate programs to be able to use the full extent of the 405CX. There are future programs coming as well.
