Performance

tangy lemon not too sweet... nice little change from gels that can get overly sweet.

Strengths

compact, no mess, ~9 pieces/pack, not as gummy as something like clif blocks, easy to stash away in the bento box on the bike.

Weakness

if you want something with electrolytes... not a good source... not as easy to carry on the run, I think.
