"I absolutely love this bike! It is extremely responsive and stiff. "cordova61
Quality of Construction
The frame looks and feels to be very well put together. Solid construction, welds look strong.
Comfort
With the extreme stiffness of the frame, and the fact that it is all aluminum, the ride is pretty harsh on rough surfaces. A recently purchased set of carbon Spinergy Stealth PBO wheels have taken care of that problem.
The fit of the bike is very nice though. I feel comfortable and fast on it.
Value
At $275, this frame was a steal. I compared the geometry and other attributes such as internal cable routing, aero frame, and wheel cut-out that this frame has, as well as weight to other well known expensive bike frames, (Frame weighs 2.9 lbs, fork 1.2 lbs) and couldn't find anything close to this value.
Appearance
With this paint scheme, it's a pretty flashy bike.
Customer Service
I bought the frame on Ebay and it was shipped w/out the front derailleur braze-on. I called the company and they sent one free of charge immediately.
Strengths
SUPER stiff frame! Extremely responsive, VERY fast feeling.
I've had a couple training partners who ride expensive carbon frames try this bike, and they all immediately commented on how stiff and responsive it felt.
Weakness
Because of how stiff the frame is, the ride can be pretty harsh.
I've recently purchased a set of Spinergy Stealth PBO wheels which are known for absorbing road harshness, and I have to say that their carbon spokes have really made the ride smooth.
Ease of installation
I bought the frame/fork and transferred as many components as possible from my road bike to this frame. I had to purchase a new crank, DA bar end shifters and front derailleur.
