"I do not regret buying this bike at all. The price is still amazing for a full carbon bike. The customer service has been great. In 1.8yrs I've replaced the wheels, seat, and front derailleur and that is it. So even with these upgrades I've spent less than $2k on this bike. I would recommend Tommaso bikes to anyone (and the company that sells them...Randall Scott Company)"chichitao
Quality of Construction
Have had zero issues with the build and integrity of the bike.
Fit
I was nervous buying from an online company, but they had a size fit chart on their website. I took the risk and the bike fits perfectly. I had my measurements taken by a LBS and they said I should be on a 58cm bike...this is the size I bought based on the size recommended by the website.
Comfort
Cheap bike seat, but a fair trade-off for a full carbon bike under $1200. Upgraded the seat within a year.
Adjustability
Came with Shimano 105 parts except for the front derailleur (FD). Have had lots of problems with the FD and recently upgraded that as well. No problems with anything other than this.
Durability
Top notch so far. I've put about 1300 miles on it.
Value
I still research bikes to make sure I don't miss a good deal and am still hard pressed (1.5yrs later) to find a better deal.
Appearance
I have had so many people ask me about my bike. The carbon looks great and they did a great paint job. People are surprised with how light the bike is.
Customer Service
Called them about my rear derailleur hanger issue and they had 2 new ones shipped for free without any hassle at all.
Performance
I really have nothing bad to say. Bike has been well worth the price. A few small upgrades in the components here or there, but it is the frame that is high class.
Strengths
Price is great for full carbon frame. Nice 105 components. Great customer service.

Ease of use
Bike is only sold through a dealer in Colorado. Got the "pro bike build" option so only had to piece a few things together (which I was able to do myself) and started riding. Very simple. Had a small issue with the rear derailleur hanger being bent on arrival...called the company and they shipped me 2 news ones free of charge.
