Ease of installation

Figuring it out might take a couple minutes, but after that it's done in about 30 seconds each time.

Quality of Construction

Seems solid. Mu bike seems like it leans just slightly to the left when it's hooked up - I laid a towel under the left side to even it out.

I am 6'0", my wife is 5'0" - very easy to adjust for her bike and for mine.

Good trainer, paid $200 (plus $25 shipping and about $8 for the block to go under the front wheel).

Looks ok, but it's a trainer in my basement, so who cares?

Performance

Gives a great workout

Strengths

Certainly not easy - it gives a great workout, even at relatively low gears. I like the intertial wheel - it still spins for a couple seconds if you stop pedaling (like to grab the tv remote). Note - this only really lasts a few seconds. It is VERY quiet - I watch tv at a relatively low volume while riding. My wife uses it with her mountain bike and even then the volume is not too bad.

Weakness

I'm not sure if it was built slightly off center or if I'm imagining that.
