"Overall, an excellent entry level bike that I don't regret buying for a second. The Ultegra and 105 groupo mix has been solid and required only a few adjustments here and there. The triple crankset is nice for when I was just starting out, but I am finding that I don't use the granny-gear anymore so it is just unnecessary weight at this point."D.Z.
Ease of use
It's a bike. Pedal and go.
Quality of Construction
No complaints here about the construction of the bike. It has been solid with no breakages or wear.
Fit
The bike fits me well. I am mostly comfortable from a riding position standpoint. It is a relaxed riding position so getting a real aggressive position isn't possible.
Comfort
It's an aluminum bike with carbon fork and seat post. Over newly paved roads it's comfortable. Over anything else, it gets rough. Long rides are harsh on my butt because of the road vibration.
Adjustability
It's a bike - the seat post goes up and down, the seat fore and aft, the handlebars up and down - you get the idea. The seat-tube is sloped back because of the compact frame geometry - allowing Giant to fit more people on fewer frame sizes. Good from a financial standpoint, not great if you have less than average proportions. I was able to get dialed in on this bike, but I can see that Giant won't fit EVERYONE on this bike.
Durability
The tires needed to be replaced soon as they wore out. I upgraded the tires cheaply. The pedals provided needed to be changed out unless I wanted to wear only MTB shoes. The brakes are noisy and wear out normally, the handlebar tape wore out as well. These are normal wear items, so it's not a complaint, just pointing out that these things need to be changed normally.
Value
It is a good solid bike for $1100. There were other bikes out there for cheaper, or same price with better groupo, but otherall this bike fit me well for the price. Giant definitely skimped on the tires and brakes (they are no-name brake calipers).
Appearance
It's a nice blue with fancy sticker lines. Overall, not bad, but it's not yellow so it's not the fastest and prettiest colour.
Customer Service
No need yet.
Performance
The bike, overall, is a solid performer. Being aluminum, it is stiff, but it also heavy. The pedals needed to be upgraded soon after purchase, as did the tires, but otherwise, it is fine. It is solid and comfy up to about 35mph, faster than that, it gets kinda shaky. The brakes are noisy.

Weakness
Pedals, tires, weight, few frame size options.

Ease of installation
It's a bike. What's to INSTALL? My butt on the seat and that's easy.
