"This is a great tool to use during training - it will track distance and pace accurately - no guessing involved. Also it is ideal for long runs - especially in races to help keep you on pace - and to prevent you from letting your adrenaline take you out at too fast a pace."ebdonna
Quality of Construction
Very durable - well made
Fit
Slightly bulky on my small wrist
Comfort
I have to lash it snuggly to keep it from moving/wiggling on my wrist when I run - can feel a bit restrictive when its warm.
Durability
Seems to be very durable so far.
Value
I bought mine as a refurbished model on Ebay - and it was like new - and has worked excellent
Appearance
Okay so its not the most stylish looking - and is bulky on a small womans wrist.
Performance
Very accurate.
Strengths
It is an excellent way to keep track of your pace when running - if you are like me and tend to change speeds (slow down) when your mind wanders on distance runs - this is an excellent tool to keep you on your pace - and avoid going out to fast at the beginning of a run.
Weakness
Slightly bulky - and sometimes slow to locate sattelites - especially if you can't stand still when it is locating them. I sometimes just set mine outside while I warm up and let it locate satellites on its own.

Ease of use
I use it primarily for distance and pace. Simple to use.
