"These are good pedals once clipped in. The problem of getting clipped in has become too much of a pain so I'm about to change them out.
For a mountain bike with mountain shoes they're just fine...not what I do though!"mistahsinclair

Ease of use
Initially I was using mountain shoes with these pedals which made engagement fairly easy. Following a switch to road shoes they are difficult to clip into first time. Not a good thing in traffic.

Quality of Construction
Plastic pedal part around the cleat looks a bit cheap, but functions ok.
(3)
Adjustability
Nothing to adjust...this is a good thing and a bad.
(5)
Durability
3 years, several thousand miles and no problems

Value
For under $50 they have served me very well.
Strengths
Simple, cheap, light, reliable.
Weakness
Simple! Hard to clip into first time.

Ease of installation
They are pedals...so not a tricky install, but the Crank Bros. pedals are actually more straight forward than most. There's not need for a pedal wrench as they are equipped with allen key sockets accessible from the inside face of the crank.
