Comfort
Felt great in the store, but even with following the break in instructions I found that I could not run in them. Very painful in the forefoot.
Value
Should the shoe had been a good fit, I don't think I would have been able to keep them as my primary shoe, especially since I can purchase two for the price of one Newton.
Appearance
They are very bright and easily recognizable.
Customer Service
Excellent customer service. Very responsive and worked with me on the fit, proper technique for running in them, and eventually my return with a full refund.
Performance
So painful that I was not able to run more than 1 mile before the pain was significant.
Strengths
Due to my experience I can not provide any strengths for this product.
Weakness
The lugs on the bottom of the shoes that are there to promote forefoot running seemed to be what caused me the most problems.

Fit
I decided to try these shoes and found that they were just not for me. Extremely painful in the forefoot area. Right where the lugs are on the shoes. I had excellent customer support trying to assit me with the fit and proper technique for use, but I found that the shoes and I were not a match.
