"I highly recommend this suit."CeeCee
Quality of Construction
There isn't a thing that is shoddy on this suit. It feels like kid leather and everything is as advertised on it.
Fit
It fits like a glove! I was nervous getting a wetsuit at all (was afraid of being harpooned by accident) but I consulted with the company directly online, and received excellent advice.
Comfort
This is a highly developed, very flexible wetsuit. If you're looking for exceptional buoyancy and complete freedom of movement, look no further. It's worth every penny. I am not in the triathlon races to win, but to compete against me; I'm not that strong a swimmer, so I need all the help I can get. This suit more than delivers and was worth every penny.
Durability
I haven't really used it long enough to test, but it comes with a two-year warranty.
Value
It is, admittedly, on the high side of price. But XTerra develops these suits specifically for triathletes; it peels off like a dream after the swim, and travels well. The coating on the inside means it doesn't stick to your skin during the swim, either.
Appearance
I feel sleek. I DO wish it was purple and red and green and blue, but black is MUCH more slimming, lol.
Customer Service
Exceptional service. It shipped promptly, and I received excellent advice.
Performance
Brilliant! That's all that needs to be said.
Strengths
Everything. You won't be disappointed. I watched others get out of their wetsuits at a training swim, and boy, did they struggle. I quite smugly slipped elegantly out of mine ...
Weakness
Price is a bit much, but if you're investing in the sport, you already know it ain't cheap. Go for it.
Ease of use
This suit is extremely easy to get on, and to remove after a swim. The advertising "buoyancy bubbles" on the front are terrific; I could probably float to China in this and enjoy the ride.
