"I would definitely recommend this custom bike to anyone who has "issues" with sizing. I was able to choose my own colors and design, including having my name put on it. I expect to have this bike for a long, long time. "writers2

Strengths
I purchased a custom Serotta road bike, the Coeur d'Acier which is niobium steel with a carbon fork. I am built very weird (short legs, long torse) and am very Athena. The full carbon bikes seemed "flimsy" to me when I rode. I test drove an "off-the-shelf" Serotta and compared to other bikes I tried, this was a dream. It is sturdy enough for my frame, a very comfortable ride and fits me.
Weakness
The bike took much longer to get than they said. Apparently, they were having problems getting the type of steel so there was a backlog. Therefore, I missed a lot of the tri season with this bike. Reading BT, I found that I had to be careful of the kinds of wheels I needed due to my size, so had the flexibility to do so.
