Quick and easy. Install software from CD, then plug in the 305 to your computer.

There are a lot of features, but they are pretty straight forward to use. Easy to switch between data displays during the run.

Comes with an extra wrist strap that is larger if the smaller one doesn't fit. The 305 is large, but not too bulky.
