"If you're converting a road bike frame into a tri-bike with aero bars and such, this is a great investment. Try to find one used and you can probably re-sell it for the price you paid if you end up not needing it down the road."Tyrell

Nothing too difficult here. Be sure that the inside of your seat tube is free of any sharp burrs and is greased.

Once you've got your fit, it's virtually maintenance-free. Don't forget the grease!!

Seems to be good. I bought mine second-hand and it was still in solid condition.

If you need the seat to be even more forward than this post allows, you'll need to get the aluminum version. The carbon version is not as far forward as the aluminum.

Allowed me to get the proper aero positioning on my road bike frame so it definitely added to the comfort level.

It uses two screws to clamp down the saddle rails so that's a little pin of a pain vs. having just one screw. Not a deal breaker though. The angle is almost infinitely adjustable (no teeth). I did notice that the angle adjustment piece had some side-to-side play - about 1mm on either side. I was careful to make sure it was centered.

Buying used is definitely an excellent value. If I had to get one brand new, I probably would have gotten the aluminum version b/c of cost.

The goose-neck on it looks a little funny but it doesn't detract from the bike. It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

Light weight, allows proper aero positioning on a road bike

The rear clamp is hard to tighten if you don't have a cut-out saddle.
