"FREEDOM! This device allows you to change your route on a whim. No longer do I have to follow the same old route with predetermined mileage markers. I can just run and bike wherever. "ebear1
Ease of use
Just turn it on and go. Data automatically transfers to my PC when I connect it.
Comfort
It is big, but I hardly notice the weight.
Adjustability
You can change what metrics you want displayed which is pretty cool. I have one display that shows my Time/Current Pace/Lap Distance/HR and lets me know if I need to pick up the pace or back off.
Value
Retail was $250, but REI had a $50 of promotion that I took advantage of. Still $200 makes it my most expensive piece of equipment besides my bike.
Appearance
Bulky but the red trim sorta makes it look sporty.
Performance
Never train without it. Sometimes it can take an extra few mins to acquire the satalites when I am in new locations (vacations or race locations).
Strengths
Great HR, distance and pacing data.
Weakness
Expensive and looks kinda chunky on the wrist.
- 210 people use
- 6887 workouts logged
- 87596.9 miles / 11179.77 hours logged
Ease of installation
Software was easy to install and device mated to the heart rate monitor easily.
