"When doing a Ironman distance a Marmadaddy Sherpa is great thing to get. It allows you to pay attention to the race. Always there at transitions and out on the course. Thanks Mike for helping and hanging with me. "dexter
Ease of use
He was a natural. He took direction well. Once and awhile he would talk back, but it would break the mood. Good picture taker.
Quality of Construction
I think he could take a punch, no need to. Little flabby in the middle but I'm sure that keeps warm this winter.
Fit
He fit well in the car. Only brought a small bag and his laptop so he doesn't require roof rack or anything.
Comfort
Only hugged him once, ask J.
Adjustability
Mike is very adjustable. He will eat pretty much any bacon product.
Durability
He got wet and still kept ticking. Cold no trouble. He breaks down a little in the heat. Check out Musselman picture. He can run my ass off.
Value
Works for peanuts and bacon. Any bacon. He doesn't eat much and comes with his own credit card.
Appearance
Its a Marmadaddy. Not the prettiest animal but not hideous.
Customer Service
BT customer service is top grade, number one nobody does is better.
Performance
Awesome with everything but a map.
Strengths
Having a Marmadaddy Sherpa is great. He provides a great deal of encouragement. His patented ice bath is the best first thing after a long race, ask Comet. On a mission he was able to retrieve a meatball sub in less then 15 minutes. Good at retrieving gear. Taking pictures unless you are finishing. He is self entertaining while I was out on bike. He runs or talks to strangers. Is able to feed and clean self.
Weakness
-Snores a bit.
-Get loss easily
-Can spout out computer jargon to me that I don't understand. I have to ask Willie
-Talks to strangers easily.
-Watch when he makes a left hand turn, or you may want to close your eyes.
