"These are my fourth pair of Newtons since switching back in April 2009. As you can see I love my Newtons. My first run with these, I did 9.5 miles. Felt really good after the run. I was able to maintain a decent pace. It was supposed to be an LSD run, but I find it hard to run really slow with these shoes. If your a forefoot runner, definitely buy these."emzman

For a light weight shoe, very sturdy.

Fits true. May want to go 1/2 size up for longer distances.

Comfort

Feet feel snug. If you have feet wider than "D's", wouldn't recommend them.

Once you switch laces to quick laces, shoes adjust to feet.

The only problem I have is the lugs wearing down fast. Probably because I'm on the heavier side.

Performance

I'm definitely more efficient with Newtons.

Strengths

They keep you forward, thus forcing you to run on forefeet. Able to run with better efficiency and a recover faster after each run. Shoes are as light as conventional racers.
