Fit
Drymax has very specific sizing, so the socks fit well! I think they have 5 different sizes, so there's never an issue of a sock being too tight or too loose.
Comfort
Soft and cozy.
Durability
Last winter, I wore them on 80% of all of my runs as I was training for 2 half marathons. Held up well! Plenty of life left in them for another winter or 2 of abuse!
Appearance
Sexy red.
Customer Service
I haven't had to contact customer service, but I had a friend who had to (more specifically, it was someone I "know" from the internet), and she was sent a new pair of socks because there was a rip in her pair. She tore them on a sharp object as she was unpacking them, but even though it was her fault, they sent her another pair for free.
Performance
They keep my feet warm! Nice!
Strengths
Well made, durable, and not too thick for how well they work.
Weakness
They aren't that much thicker than normal running socks, but if your running shoes are TIGHT, these socks might be a little too thick for you.
