Quality of Construction

These shorts seem solidly built.

Fit

The fit is ok. The waist seems slightly small, but there are other areas where the shorts seem baggy.

Comfort

This is where the shorts really come up well... short. This is the first pair of TYR tri shorts and they are not comfortable at all. Mostly it has to do with how the padding is essentially non-existent and the shorts seem to rub, creating hot spots and perhaps some slight chafing.

The silicone band around the bottom of the leg is actually more comfortable than I had anticipated.
