"I selected this trainer based on a number of other comments on the web. It seems that I made a good choice."Eidman
Ease of use
Once up and running, the trainer seems to work great. I have the trainer on the floor above my daughter's room - she can not hear a thing when I use it in the morning.
Quality of Construction
Built like a tank. Weighs a ton - which is a good thing for a trainer.
Adjustability
Once you are up and running there is really no need to adjust anything. The quick release mechanism is nice to have.
Durability
No comment. Brand new trainer.
Value
A lot of the on-line sites will match competitors prices. I paid $275 which seemed to be a good price for this product.
Appearance
It is a trainer - no much to it.
Customer Service
The trainer come with a basic Spinnerval DVD. First time I tried something like that - Great Stuff. I hope Santa will bring me some more Spinnervale DVDs next month :)
Performance
Seems to run great - this is based on just a few tries.
Strengths
Very sturdy piece of equipment. Does what it is deisgned to do.
Weakness
A little tough getting it set up, but worth the effort.

Ease of installation
It took about an hour to install the trainer. It is so well built and solid that it was a little tough moving the legs on the trainer to the desired height. The directions were good - if you were familiar with how trainers work. (nb: I figured out after I put the thing together that there was a demo DVD / instructions. It would have helped it I had watched that first!)
