"This trainer is a great price, made in the USA, lifetime warranty, quiet, works great, easy to set up and use...I can't really ask for anything more. "chichitao
Ease of use
Again, super easy. All I do is change out my skewer to one that came with trainer and away we go. It is all one big piece, so there are no little parts to mess with.
Quality of Construction
The thing is truly solid. Could probably drop it from my roof and the thing wouldn't break. I've never had another trainer, but have heard this one is slightly heavier. That's fine by me as I don't move it around too much.
Fit
Won't fit with my current bike skewers, so I use the one it came with. Don't know if that is normal for trainers or not. Not a big deal, probably saves some wear and tear on my outside one.
Adjustability
The thing is very adjustable and no matter what gear you are in it creates a very realistic and smooth ride. Mine came with a 2nd set of ball bearings you can add to make it a little tougher and it took me about 5min to change them out. Very easy.
Durability
So far so good.
Value
Two years of use and plenty more to come (lifetime warranty), so I would say great value.
Appearance
I don't judge a book by it's cover! :) It looks fine to me.
Customer Service
Have not had a reason to call them, which is a very good thing.
Performance
Top notch.
Strengths
Durable, easy to set up and use within minutes, ability to add more or less resistance, smoothness...I could keep going.
Weakness
I have yet to find a negative.

Ease of installation
Super easy. Take out of box, fold legs open, add bike.
