"I was tired of having to replace my Nike+ sensor every few months so when I saw that Garmin had come out with this foot pod, I wanted it. It's so nice to be able to use it, along with my 310xt, on the treadmill. It gives out more data than the Nike sensor. If you run a lot on the treadmill and you own a Garmin Forerunner, then you should definitely get this foot pod."emzman

Snaps onto laces pretty easily. If you have Nike+ shoes, the sensor fits into the pocket under the insole.

Just put on laces and link with Garmin watch and off you go.

Plastic...could break if stepped on.

(5)

Fits onto laces perfect...but make sure laces are tight before you start running. Don't want the sensor moving around because it will give back inaccurate readings.

Snaps onto laces or fits into Nike+ pockets.

A little pricey.

Worked great. It's said that the sensor is about 95% accurate. I'll eventually go to the track and calibrate it.

Works with most of the Garmin Forerunner watches. Info recorded includes:
-calories burned
-cadence
-speed
-distance
If you use Nike+ shoes, sensor fits into pocket. Also, unlike the Nike+ sensor, you can change out the battery which is the CR2032.

None so far.
