Quality of Construction

I've been riding on this set of pedals for several years. They are still in perfect condition.

Comfort

Very nice! I have had several knee surgeries. These are perfect for that. There is a ton of float which makes them very kind to bad knees.

Strengths

The float is a huge help for me. My knees suck and these are great for that reason alone. My wife uses them as well and has had much less ITBS since switching from SPD. It;'s also very easy to get into and out of these pedals.

Weakness

The float causes you to lose some energy unless you pedal with very good form. This isn't much of a weakness, but it's there.
