Performance

keeps the girls in place.

Strengths

this keeps my 38 DD in place with minimal bounce when running, no chafing. I recently read that encapsulation work better than compression in sports bars and that is what this bra does beautifully.

Weakness

it is a little tickt to put on as you must pull it over your head then hook the back, but this get much easer with use.
