From the bike shop I bought it from, always able to run iin to get things fixed or checked quickly.

Performance

It may be simply my fault but her chain drops out sometimes (locks up) when I'm switching into the Granny Gears.

Strengths

She's stuck by me for quite some time now, through thick and thin =)
