Excellent fit. A little tight around the metatarsal area but it serves a purpose when you're on the move.

Value

Nike frees will set you back over a hundred. Zoots are even more pricey. Newtons? Now you're getting close to $200. These are under $100 and work great.

It looks like shoes a modern day ninja would wear. Kick ass!

Performance

I'm pretty happy with them. We'll see how they work out.

Strengths

Fantastic build quality. No exposed seams on the inside. Highly flexible from about the mid arch area through to the end of the toe box. Very open toe box for freedom of movement. The heel is a dropped significantly over other brands of shoes allowing a very natural range of motion while running.

Weakness

Not a shoe for the weak footed. If I used this in a triathlon I would lose time during transition.
