"* It was easier to stay in the aero position with it, maybe it was the airflow over the helmet and/or the added mass behind the head that helped, I don't know.
* Has a simple easy to use dial on the back to tighten or loosen the fit.
* It was quieter. The wind noise across the ears is reduced so signal-to-noise ratio was improved. I could tell when vehicles or other rides were approaching me from behind sooner."Donto
Quality of Construction
OK, not excellent because if you take off the windshield the screw thread posts stick out just enough to be bothersome (catches on stuff).
Fit
Excellent if you order the correct size range. Features Garneau’s Ergobuckle and Keylock strap adjustments.
Comfort
Did an Oly with it and had no issues with pressure points. Also has 3 vents so has some cooling airflow.
Durability
No problems so far.
Value
Picked up my helmet from NASHBAR in June as the helmet was on closeout 50% off regular price plus I used a 15% coupon. Still is available on their website as of 11/27.
Appearance
Black or Silver colors only.
Strengths
Can't beat the price if you find it on closeout. Comes with a clear windshield, amber is also available.
Weakness
Older design aero helmet, doesn't go all the way onto the back like others do.
