Ease of use
first time using SRAM components. Love them and would probably never go back to shimano.
Quality of Construction
Made in America. Do I need to say anyhting else?
Fit
52cm with a 54cm top tube. fit perfectly.
Comfort
had to give it less than a 5 on something and not being used to road bikes the seat can be uncomfortable.
Adjustability
haven't had to make any yet.
Durability
I have only owned it for a week so...
Value
got a great deal on a 2010 closeout.
Appearance
I love the flat black finish.
Customer Service
LBS is exceptional. have not had to call cannondale for anything so I can't comment on that.
Performance
Love the bike and I am very happy with the purchase. I had been debating on going full carbon but decided against it and got a comparable bike for about $500 less with better components.
