Quality of Construction
Top-notch. Great stitching, rubber accents, and stainless-steel metal.
Fit
Three sizes from which to choose with no-frills "dollar bill" sizing guidelines.
Comfort
Very comfortable.
Adjustability
Two words: Velcro strap.
Durability
Built to take the heat and the medal ID carries a full warranty. Even after the strap eventually needs replacement, it's only $3!!!! I bought three extras just to have them match my gear colors.
Value
It doesn't get much cheaper than a $20 personalized item. Just price out medical ID bracelets.
Appearance
Super-trendy. I wear them everywhere except work.
Customer Service
VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORIENTED. I called them at 2:00p one day and said that I'd be driving past their office on my way to a vacation spot. They invited me to stop in, see the place, and pick up some spare bands. It's a cool shop with great people.
Performance
Luckily, I haven't had to use it yet. However, knowing that it's on my wrist (or ankle...see other review) makes me and my family feel much better about running/cycling/working out in public.
