"I've never been let down by New Balance. These 760s are fantastic. I'm looking forward to getting my next pair in a couple of months and then looking at some other race-specific NB after that!"bigpapajon
Fit
I can chalk this up to the great guys/gals at Fleet Feet Cincinnati. While I usually shop at Bob Roncker's Running Spot, I won a free pair of shoes from Fleet Feet by meeting a fundraising goal. They did a great job of putting me in the right shoe at the right size.
Comfort
Great feel. If I didn't want to keep them looking nice I'd wear them all the time. I'm looking forward to hitting 500 on them so I can wear them as my everyday shoes.
Adjustability
Not of each shoe, per say, but kudos to New Balance for offering this in sizes from 7 to 15 and widths from B to EEEE.
Durability
Still look new with >100 miles on them...and I'm a 260# Clydesdale.
Value
Can't beat free, but even at $100 (REI) or on sale at $79.98 (Finish Line, 9/18/10), these are a great deal for a moderate stability shoe.
Appearance
The blue/silver that I got looks great, but my next pair will be the red/silver or, if possible, the uber cool looking black titanium.
Performance
I joke about items taking time of my PRs in my reviews, but these actually did. I think I can actually thank a good fit from Fleet Feet for that, though. I've never worn stability shoes before (I've only been running for 5 months) and it made all the difference.
Strengths
(1) Great fit
(2) Great look
(3) Great stability without sacrificing comfort
Weakness
None that I can tell.
