These let you run "bare foot" w/o hurting the soles of your feet.

Strengths

Neat shoes. Definitely give you the "barefoot feel" without totally hammering your feet or risking injury by stepping on sharp debris.

Weakness

Putting them on takes some getting used to. Gotta wiggle those toes to get them in.
