Works very well. Lots of activities to choose from.

Strengths

It's free. One of the best Droid Apps for exercise I've found. Nice website.

Weakness

None really. Although if you want heart rate monitoring, you'll have to buy a bluetooth enabled heart rate strap from Polar or Zephyr.
