You must mix the powder aggressively or it will coagulate. Don't wait long after mixing to drink.

Performance

Fantastic delivery of energy in a smooth fashion. I was able to extend workouts withou the jitters of creatine or nitro.

Strengths

Easy to use. Provides energy boost, but smoothly and evenly. I believe it helps in recovery phase as well. Relatively inexpensive and easy to find on internet.

Weakness

Not a fault of the product, but when I use it every 25-30 minutes I have to use the restroom to "empty" liquids, which concerns me for race day.
