Very good construction. THey are long lasting and hold together well.

Performance

These are a great light wieght training shoe. I am doing almost all of my running in them now - (40 MPW or so)

Strengths

Light, comfy, inexpensive

Weakness

The only weakness is that I can't get more miles out of them.
