"I had high hopes for this since I like perpetuem, but sometimes the liquid in hi heat climates tastes bad when it gets hot. I recommend sticking with the liquid and putting it in a chiller water bottle."scott.hercules

Ease of use

They come in a tube similar to Zym or Fizz which makes it convenient for carrying on a ride, but the tablets are HUGE

Value

I use Perpetuem on 3+hour rides. Directions are take 1-2 tablets per hour. I generally use 2 scoops pre hour. 6 come in a tube. So essentially on a 3 hour ride you use the whole tube. Over 3 and you're out of tablets.

Strengths

Taste is ok, convenient tube.

Weakness

Tablets are HUGE and it's like putting a scoop of perpetuem in your mouth (both in taste and consistency). One tube is good for about 3 hour ride.
