"Love the bike. Look forward to using it for my first Sprint distance, and the ability to use it to commute or just take the family out on the local trail."bandit_tanker
Quality of Construction
Cross bike almost as light as a road. Love the internal cable routing and rack mount capability.
Fit
I've had some problems with my feet hitting the front tire on sharp turns, but quickly have learned to compensate.
Cross frame so not as forward as a road bike, riding in the drops is still very comfortable.
Comfort
Love getting out on this thing. Can sit almost upright on the hoods, or bomb hills in the drops like on a road bike.
Value
Happy with the road bike feel and hybrid durability for trails and off road. No complaints for a sub $1000 bike that weights only around 20 lbs.
Appearance
Not flashy. Amazing how much it looks like a hybrid with some fenders, while keeping sporty profile.
Customer Service
Picked up from Cycle Extreme. Great customer service sealed the deal after looking at every other shop in town. Those shops weren't bad, but the folks at CE were by far the most approachable and had the best rapport with this newbie.
Performance
From the trail to the steep hill by the house, this bike does it all without the added weight or clumsiness of my old hybrid.
Strengths
Almost as fast as a road bike, cross frame and components allow adding fenders/racks etc. for commuting, internal cables give me more peace of mind from me messing something up.
Weakness
First time hitting the front wheel with my foot almost made me eat pavement. Proper foot placement and practice can overcome (but I think ahead more now before I hit a sharp turn).

Ease of use
Prior bike was a 30+ pound hybrid. It was like moving up from a '79 Buick Century to a stock Mustang. Not likely to win any races, but good enough to ensure you get to the end without sticking out like a sore thumb.
