all you have to do is plug it in and put the chip in your shoe and start running. It does the rest.

An amazing value. gets me motivated to run every day (well almost)

Strengths

Gets me motivated to run. Highly accurate (and if you find that it isn't accurate its easy to go and calibrate it to your own stride) brilliant idea and the nike+ web page allows you to see track and compare runs.

Weakness

there is no gear for the new ipod nano (the one that plays video) i am sure if i give it another few months they will come up with stuff but until then i have to resort to putting my ipod in my pocket.
