"The Bikila LS was designed for the bigger/wider feet. It has the same soles as the regular Bikilas, but with speed laces. I tried on both models and the LS fit a lot more snug. I ran 5k on the first day, calves were a little sore afterwards. They feel pretty much like my KSO's. I'm a true believer in forefoot running. Ever since switching running styles, my hip, lower-back, knee pains have disappeared. The only injuries I get are usually from over-use and over-training related. If your new to Vibrams, start light and add mileage slowly. I can't stress this enough."emzman
Quality of Construction
Pretty solid construction all around. The soles are different than other models. Designed mainly for running.
Fit
Fits really snug, especially with Injinji socks. Bikilas run a little bigger than KSO's so be sure to size down.
Comfort
Feels like wearing socks...that's it.
Adjustability
The LS model has speed laces instead of velcro strap. Able to really tighten if need.
Durability
Only worry is the laces snapping at some point.
Value
Cheaper than my Newtons.
Appearance
They're cool, but ugly.
Performance
My average heart-rate seems to be a little lower when I use my Vibrams while running at same pace with running shoes.
Strengths
Very light, about 6 oz. each. Strengthens feet and calves.
Weakness
Speed laces should be of bungee material.
Ease of use
Slips on just as easy as KSO's.
