"I highly recommend this trainer about all the others that I researched. Feature for feature it was the best on paper and now that I have used for over a month, Kinetic delivered what they promised-- an exceptional mid-price trainer."ut_tri_465
Ease of use
Nothing could be easier.
Quality of Construction
The trainer is rock solid and I love the fact the fluid is internally sealed with no o-ring to wear out or fail.
Durability
Tp earlier to be certain, but my initial impressions are that this trainer will last longer than I will.
Value
Exceptional quality and construction. I get a full range of power (watts) application through the gear range.
Mine came with a free Kinetic Watts Meter and Front Tire Mounting Ring. Nice!

Ease of installation
If you take a minute to read the instructions, the set up was a snap. The diagrams and written instructions that came with the machine were a little sketchy, but nothing that could be reasoned out in a few minutes. It took a little tweaking to get my Cannondale rear tire quick release to fit neatly into the designated slot. This is due to Cannondales unique quick release shape and not anything to do with the trainer.
