"So far the shoe is nice, it came with 2 insoles one for hot days and one for cool days, I haven't tried the hot one yet but the cool one works well."ajusf16

It has a loop in the rear of the soe that is large enough to get your finger in while trying to put the shoe on while already miunted on the pedal
