Ease of use

I find it is very similar to Gatorade. If you stomach can handle Gatorade, you can handle this stuff.

Value

GNC had this on sale last week. Buy one get one 50% off so it came to about $1.25 per 20oz bottle. Good deal.

Appearance

It's almost clear. Good for when you spill it all over yourself.

Performance

A few more calories than Gatorade. I find it works very similar.

Strengths

Seems to rehydrate and replenish electrolytes just as well as Gatorade. Not as much protein as things like Accelerade however.

Weakness

When you girst start running/biking it does not taste very good. However the thirstier you get the better it tastes.
