Ease of use

This is a portable massager that can be used any where.

Quality of Construction

It is basicaly a 2 foot long 1 inch diameter wooden rod that has foam handle ends and four hard foam sections on a plastic sleave that rotates freely on the rod. It is very solid.

Adjustability

You can move the foam sections in order to concentrate them over the area that need to be massaged.

Durability

No isues yet and I use it twice a day, once before and once after workouts.

Value

It cost the same as a regular foam roller and I can take it and use it any where. That make it a great value to me.

Performance

Since I have been using this piece of equipment my ITB and Calve pain has been signifigantly reduced. It works like advertised

Strengths

Works like a charm, compact so you can take it any where, does not require you to lie on a large foam roller to get a comperable effect.

Weakness

You have to be careful, the lubricant on the plastic sleave, can leave black marks on your clothing.
